These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Crazy Trip Maker developed by KAFI TOV ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Crazy Trip Maker mobile application ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
The App is a spontaneous trip planner that generates random travel ideas through a roulette-style interface. The App provides destination suggestions, activity recommendations, budget ranges, trip durations, and packing guides for entertainment and informational purposes.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your personal device for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

The travel suggestions, destination information, packing recommendations, and budget estimates provided by the App are for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided. You are solely responsible for verifying all travel details, including but not limited to visa requirements, safety conditions, accommodation availability, and actual costs.
The App does not provide travel booking, reservation, or transportation services. We are not a travel agency and do not act as an agent for any airline, hotel, or service provider. Any travel arrangements you make based on the App's suggestions are entirely your own responsibility.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
The App allows you to save generated trip ideas to your device. Saved trips are stored locally and may be lost if you uninstall the App or clear its data. We are not responsible for the loss of any locally stored data.
All content, design, graphics, trademarks, and intellectual property within the App are owned by or licensed to us. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the App without our prior written consent.
While the App is designed to work offline, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the App. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of data, income, or profits, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Crazy Trip Maker developed by KAFI TOV and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your interaction with any third-party service is governed by that service's own terms and policies.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
